Alisha May Ramazannezhad

ACSI, BSc(Hons)

I didn't come to financial planning through the traditional route. I spent fifteen years in healthcare - leading strategic and operational change, working alongside some of the most committed people I have ever met, and seeing first-hand what it means to support someone through the moments that matter most.

What healthcare taught me, more than anything, is that wellbeing is not just physical. It is financial. The two are more connected than most people acknowledge - and the gap in how women were being supported in that wider picture was impossible to ignore.

Working alongside my husband who is a fantastic Financial Planner and also part of the St. James's Place network, I saw it clearly. Women were underserved. Not because nobody cared, but because an industry built largely without women in mind had never quite caught up with the lives women were actually living. I decided I wanted to do something about that.

So I did.

I specialise in working with women - at every stage of life, through every transition - and I care deeply about the psychology behind financial decisions, not just the mechanics of them. Money is personal. It carries history, identity, and emotion. Good planning has to start there.

Outside of work, you will find me in the gym, eating something good or on holiday somewhere sunny. I am the type to be straight into my pyjamas the moment the day is done (there is no such thing as lounging in jeans!).

I am based at my office in Southampton working across the South Coast and London. If any of this resonates, I would genuinely love to hear from you.
